Errores de prescripción médica en recetas atendidas en el Hospital Carlos Monge Medrano, Juliaca – Puno 2024.

Abstract

El objetivo fue determinar los errores de prescripción médica en recetas atendidas en el Hospital Carlos Monge Medrano, Juliaca- Puno, 2024. La metodología fue no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal. La muestra fue compuesta por 350 recetas. Los resultados muestran que el 2.30% no incluyó nombres y apellidos, el 5.10% no registró el diagnóstico, el 17.10% no indicó la edad y el 30.57% no incluyó el código CIE-10 del paciente. En cuanto a los datos del prescriptor: se demostró que el 1.70% omite nombres y apellidos, el 3.10% no consigna su número de colegiatura, en relación a los datos del medicamento, no se encontraron errores en cuanto del DCI, él 4.00% no registra la concentración, el 35.40% no detalla la forma farmacéutica, el 73.10% no incluye la dosis. Se concluyó que la mayoría de los errores detectados están asociados a los datos del medicamento.

The objective was to determine prescription errors in prescriptions filled at the Carlos Monge Medrano Hospital, Juliaca-Puno, 2024. The methodology was non-experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 350 prescriptions. The results show that 2.30% did not include names and surnames, 5.10% did not record the diagnosis, 17.10% did not indicate age and 30.57% did not include the ICD-10 code of the patient. Regarding the prescriber's data, it was shown that 1.70% omitted names and surnames, 3.10% did not include the prescriber's number, in relation to the drug data, no errors were found regarding the INN, 4.00% did not record the concentration, 35.40% did not detail the pharmaceutical form, 73.10% did not include the dosage. It was concluded that most of the errors detected are associated with the drug data.
