Psicoprofilaxis Obstétrica asociada a los niveles de ansiedad durante el parto en pacientes del hospital Carlos Monge Medrano-2022.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la asociación de la psicoprofilaxis y los niveles de ansiedad durante el parto en Pacientes del hospital Carlos Monge Medrano 2022, método tipo de investigación cuantitativo, observacional, retrospectivo correlacional, la muestra fue de 172 gestantes, los resultados indican que el valor de “rho”=0,178 (p=0,019) existe relación positiva débil; por lo cual la psicoprofilaxis en el periodo de dilatación está asociada a los niveles de ansiedad durante el parto. El valor de “rho” =0,393 (p=0,000) establece que existe relación positiva moderada; por ende, la psicoprofilaxis en el periodo expulsivo está asociada a los niveles de ansiedad durante el parto. El valor de “rho” =0,284 (p=0,000) establece que existe relación positiva moderada; por lo tanto, la psicoprofilaxis en el periodo de alumbramiento está asociada a los niveles de ansiedad. En conclusión, la psicoprofilaxis obstétrica está asociada a los niveles de ansiedad durante el parto.

The objective of the research was to determine the association between psychoprophylaxis and anxiety levels during labor in patients of the Carlos Monge Medrano 2022 hospital, quantitative, observational, retrospective correlational research method, the sample was 172 pregnant women, the results indicate that the value of "rho"=0.178 (p=0.019) there is a weak positive relationship; therefore, psychoprophylaxis in the dilation period is associated with anxiety levels during labor. The value of "rho" =0.393 (p=0.000) establishes that there is a moderate positive relationship; therefore, psychoprophylaxis in the expulsive period is associated with anxiety levels during labor. The value of "rho" =0.284 (p=0.000) establishes that there is moderate positive relationship; therefore, psychoprophylaxis in the delivery period is associated with anxiety levels. In conclusion, obstetric psychoprophylaxis is associated with anxiety levels during labor.
