Abstract
El estudio fue, el efecto antibacteriano del extracto etanólico de Sapindus saponaria (choloque) frente a Staphylococcus aureus la Metodología de la investigación es cuantitativa, transversal y prospectiva de diseño experimental, se tomó una muestra de 3 kg de la planta de Sapindus saponaria y se obtuvo el extracto a las concentraciones del 50% y 100% por medio de maceración, la actividad antibacteriana se determinó mediante el método de difusión en pozo. Los Resultados demostraron halos de inhibición de 9,50 + 0,36mm, a una concentración de 50% y de 14,52 + 0,41mm, al 100%, se Concluye que el extracto etanólico de Sapindus saponaria (choloque) al 50% y 100% presenta efecto contra Staphylococcus aureus
The study was the antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of Sapindus saponaria (choloque) against Staphylococcus aureus. The research methodology is quantitative, cross-sectional and prospective experimental design, a sample of 3 kg of Sapindus saponaria plant was taken and the extract was obtained at concentrations of 50% and 100% by maceration, the antibacterial activity was determined by the method of well diffusion.
