Nivel de conocimiento y actitud en medidas de bioseguridad para la atención a pacientes con VIH-Sida de cirujanos dentistas, Ayacucho-2022

Abstract

La presente investigación con el objetivo general de Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud en la aplicación de las medidas de bioseguridad para la atención a pacientes portadores de VIH-SIDA, de los Cirujanos Dentistas, Ayacucho - 2022. El diseño de la investigación fue; no experimental, prospectivo y transversal de nivel relacional; se emplearon instrumentos para medir nivel de conocimiento y actitud en la aplicación en Cirujano Dentistas previamente fueron validados por Allca en el año 2020 en Puno, pero sometido a nivel regional a juicio de tres expertos quienes opinaron muy buena y aplicable, se encuestó a 98 Cirujanos Dentista encuestadas, obteniendo los siguientes resultados el nivel de conocimiento fue, regular (71,4%), buena (23,5%) y mala (5,1%); la actitud en la aplicación fue adecuada (71,4%) e inadecuada (28,6%).The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude in the application of biosecurity measures for the care of patients with HIV-AIDS, of Dental Surgeons, Ayacucho - 2022. The research design was non-experimental, prospective and transversal at a relational level; Instruments were used to measure the level of knowledge and attitude in the application in Dental Surgeons previously validated by Allca in the year 2020 in Puno, but submitted at regional level to the judgment of three experts who thought it was very good and applicable, 98 Dental Surgeons were surveyed, obtaining the following results: the level of knowledge was regular (71.4%), good (23.5%) and bad (5.1%); the attitude in the application was adequate (71.4%) and inadequate (28.6%).
