As a result—based on the study's hypothesis testing—the existence of a significant correlation was confirmed, as indicated by the Spearman's Rho coefficient (r = 0.536) and a considerable level of significance (p = 0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, the study concluded that there is a significant correlation between the two variables under investigation—specifically, between training and organizational commitment.
