Conocimiento sobre Ergonomía y dolor Postural en Cirujanos Dentistas del Colegio Odontologico de Ayacucho – 2023.

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el conocimiento sobre ergonomía estomatológica y el dolor postural en cirujanos dentistas del colegio odontológico de la región de Ayacucho en el 2023. La investigación se llevó a cabo mediante un diseño no experimental, prospectivo y transversal, utilizando un método interrogatorio a través de encuestas. La muestra consistió en 237 participantes. El análisis de los datos reveló el conocimiento en ergonomía: un 40.1% clasificado como malo, 46.8% como regular y 13.1% como bueno. Respecto al dolor postural, el 92% de los participantes reportó experimentar algún grado de dolor. En conclusión, la investigación evidenció la necesidad de mejorar el conocimiento en ergonomía y dolor postural.The objective of the research work was to determine the relationship between knowledge of stomatological ergonomics and postural pain in dental surgeons of the dental college of the Ayacucho region in 2023. The research was carried out by means of a non-experimental, prospective and cross-sectional design, using an interrogation method through surveys. The sample consisted of 237 participants. Data analysis revealed ergonomic knowledge: 40.1% classified as poor, 46.8% as fair and 13.1% as good. Regarding postural pain, 92% of the participants reported experiencing some degree of pain. In conclusion, the research showed the need to improve knowledge of ergonomics and postural pain.
