Nivel de conocimiento del registro SOAPIE y calidad de notas de enfermeras del “Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen” – 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la relación que existe entre “Nivel de conocimiento del registro SOAPIE y calidad de notas de enfermeras del “Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen - 2023”. La metodología: correspondió a un estudio de tipo básica, diseño no experimental de corte transversal correlacional, El muestreo fue no probabilística censal, la muestra fue de 32 enfermeras y 64 notas de enfermería. El nivel de conocimiento del SOAPIE el 19 (59,4%) tiene conocimiento regular y la calidad de las notas de enfermería 20 (62,5%) es regular. Se concluyó que no existe relación entre “Nivel de conocimiento del registro SOAPIE y calidad de notas de enfermeras del Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen – 2023”.The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between "Level of knowledge of the SOAPIE registry and quality of nurses' notes of the "Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen - 2023". The methodology: it corresponded to a study of basic type, non-experimental design of cross-sectional correlational cut, the sampling was non-probabilistic census, the sample was 32 nurses and 64 nursing notes. The level of knowledge of SOAPIE 19 (59.4%) have regular knowledge and the quality of the nursing notes 20 (62.5%) is regular. It was concluded that there is no relationship between "Level of knowledge of the SOAPIE registry and quality of nurses' notes of the Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen - 2023".
