Abstract
La actual indagación tiene por objetivo. Conocer el nivel de ansiedad y depresión en el personal de salud de la Oficina Farmacéutica VitalFarma - Lima 2021. Metodología. Modelo de indagación, prospectivo, colateral y observacional; el boceto no empírico - representativo. Resultados. Los resultados mostrados nos dan cuenta que el 58% del personal de salud de la Oficina Farmacéutica VitalFarma tienen un grado de angustia Moderado, al 30,56% tiene un grado de angustia rígida, mientras que el 11,11% tiene un grado de angustia leve, también nos muestran el 63.89% de los trabajadores de salud de la Oficina Farmacéutica VitalFarma tienen un grado de desnivel Moderado, el 25% tiene un grado de desnivel severa, mientras que el 11,11% tiene un grado de desnivel leve. Conclusión, De acuerdo al estudio realizado se logró determinar que el grado de angustia que presenta los trabajadores de salud de la Oficina Farmacéutica VitalFarma Lima es de nivel moderado asimismo el nivel de depresión es también de nivel moderado
The current research has the following objective. To know the level of anxiety and depression in the health personnel of VitalFarma Pharmaceutical Office - Lima 2021. Methodology. Model of inquiry, prospective, collateral and observational; non-empirical - representative sketch. Results. The results shown show us that 58% of the health personnel of the VitalFarma Pharmaceutical Office have a Moderate degree of distress, 30.56% have a rigid degree of distress, while 11.11% have a mild degree of distress, they also show us that 63.89% of the health workers of the VitalFarma Pharmaceutical Office have a Moderate degree of unevenness, 25% have a severe degree of unevenness, while 11.11% have a mild degree of unevenness. Conclusion: According to the study carried out, it was determined that the degree of anguish presented by the health workers of the VitalFarma Lima Pharmaceutical Office is moderate, likewise the level of depression is also moderate
