Abstract
La investigación titulada “Inteligencia emocional empresarial y la productividad laboral en los colaboradores de la empresa QBA S.A.C, Huancayo-2025”, tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación entre ambas variables en el contexto organizacional local. Rigió bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población fue censal, conformada por 50 colaboradores se les aplicó la técnica de la encuesta mediante cuestionarios. Los resultados descriptivos revelaron que el 45% de los encuestados percibe un nivel medio de inteligencia emocional empresarial y un 44% un nivel alto. La productividad laboral se ubicó mayoritariamente en un nivel medio con un 54%. Se concluye, que existe una relación directa y significativa entre las variables inteligencia emocional empresarial y la productividad laboral.
The research project, titled “Business Emotional Intelligence and Labor Productivity in Employees of QBA S.A.C., Huancayo-2025,” aimed to determine the relationship between these two variables within the local organizational context.
