Abstract

Mirabilis jalapa, actualmente presenta pocas investigaciones que comprueben sus propiedades medicinales. el objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar el efecto diurético in vivo del extracto hidroalcohólico de las hojas de Mirabilis jalapa “maravilla” en tres concentraciones 100,250 y 500mg/kg en ratas albinas, identificar los metabolitos secundarios y Determinar la concentración del extracto hidroalcohólico de las hojas de Mirabilis jalapa “maravilla” que presente mayor efecto diurético. La muestra vegetal es procedente del departamento de Cajamarca y la muestra animal es del INS.se realizó el reconocimiento de metabolitos secundarios y la solubilidad del extracto hidroalcohólico.
