Adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes adultos de un establecimiento de Salud Huancayo, 2025

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes que acuden al Establecimiento de Salud Uñas -2025.Método una investigación de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo y no experimental; se aplicó una encuesta y, como instrumento, el cuestionario Adherence to Refills and Medications Scale (ARMS) La muestra está conformada por 100 pacientes. Entre los principales resultados se halló que el 37 % de los pacientes mantiene un nivel elevado de cumplimiento farmacológico, mientras que el 63 % restante presenta niveles bajos de adherencia al tratamiento prescrito. En conclusión, es urgente fortalecer el seguimiento terapéutico y la educación personalizada para mejorar la continuidad del tratamiento.

The objective of this study was to determine adherence to pharmacological treatment in patients attending the Uñas Health Center in 2025. The study employed an applied, descriptive, and non-experimental research approach, utilizing a survey and the Adherence to Refills and Medications Scale (ARMS) questionnaire as the instrument. The sample consisted of 100 patients. Among the main findings, it was discovered that 37% of patients maintained a high level of pharmacological compliance, while the remaining 63% exhibited low levels of adherence to the prescribed treatment. In conclusion, it is urgent to strengthen therapeutic follow-up and personalized education to improve treatment continuity.
