Evaluación del seguimiento farmacoterapéutico de pacientes con lumbalgia y lumbociatalgia atendidos en el Hospital Militar Central - 2022.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico (SFT) aplicado a pacientes con lumbalgia y lumbociatalgia atendidos en el Hospital. La metodología es de tipo descriptivo correlacional, cuasi-experimental y prospectivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 97 pacientes, como resultado se determinó que los pacientes con lumbalgia el 40,5% presentaron PRM 4 y los pacientes con lumbociatalgia el 46.8% presentaron PRM 6. Respecto a la eficacia del seguimiento farmacoterapéutico los pacientes presentaron adherencia al tratamiento, donde se determinó que los pacientes pasaron de un dolor moderado e intenso a un dolor leve y moderado, concluyendo que el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en los pacientes con lumbalgia y lumbociatalgia logró reducir el dolor y mejorar la adherencia al tratamiento.The objective of the research was to evaluate the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up (SFT) applied to patients with low back pain and lumbosciatica treated at the Hospital. The methodology is descriptive correlational, quasi-experimental and prospective. The sample consisted of 97 patients, and as a result it was determined that 40.5% of the patients with low back pain presented DRP 4 and 46.8% of the patients with lumbosciatica presented DRP 6. Regarding the efficacy of the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, the patients presented adherence to the treatment, where it was determined that the patients went from moderate and intense pain to mild and moderate pain, concluding that the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up in patients with low back pain and lumbosciatica reduced pain and improved adherence to the treatment.
