Calidad de atención y satisfacción en madres con niños menores de 3 años que acudieron al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo – IPRESS Sapallanga 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar la relación entre calidad de atención y satisfacción en madres con niños menores de 3 años, que acudieron al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo- IPRESS Sapallanga 2023. El método fue de tipo básico de nivel correlacional, el diseño fue no experimental de corte transversal, la muestra estuvo conformada por 103 madres, el tipo de muestreo fue probabilístico de tipo aleatorio simple, la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. Los resultados indican que el 55,3% de madres manifestaron recibir una calidad de atención y satisfacción alta. En conclusión, se determinó que existe relación entre calidad de atención y satisfacción en madres con niños menores de 3 años, que acudieron al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo – IPRESS Sapallanga 2023.

The objective of the following research is to determine the relationship between quality of care and satisfaction in mothers with children under 3 years of age who attended the growth and development clinic - IPRESS Sapallanga 2023. The method was basic correlational, the design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, the sample consisted of 103 mothers, the type of sampling was probabilistic, simple random sampling, the technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results indicate that 55.3% of mothers reported high quality of care and satisfaction. In conclusion, it was determined that there is a relationship between quality of care and satisfaction in mothers with children under 3 years of age who attended the growth and development clinic - IPRESS Sapallanga 2023.
