Efectividad del tratamiento con hierro en niños anémicos menores que acuden al Centro de Salud Aparicio Pomares Huánuco, 2022.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la efectividad del tratamiento con hierro en niños anémicos que acuden al Centro de Salud Aparicio Pomares Huánuco 2022. El estudio de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo-comparativo, pre-experimental y transversal, la muestra lo constituyeron 79 niños que presentan anemia. Los resultados, referente al nivel de hemoglobina antes del tratamiento con hierro el 46,8% el nivel de hemoglobina de los niños es de 10.1 a 10.9 y luego del tratamiento el 86,1% de los niños su nivel de hemoglobina fue de 11.1 a 14.5 g/dL. Referente al número de dosis el 38,0% recibieron 8 dosis. En conclusión, el tratamiento con hierro en los niños es efectivo porque mejoraron su nivel de hemoglobina a normal en los niños menores de 3 años.

The objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of iron treatment in anemic children attending the Aparicio Pomares Huánuco 2022 Health Center. The study was quantitative, descriptive-comparative, pre-experimental and cross-sectional, and the sample consisted of 79 children with anemia. The results, regarding the hemoglobin level before iron treatment, 46.8% of the children's hemoglobin level was 10.1 to 10.9 and after treatment 86.1% of the children's hemoglobin level was 11.1 to 14.5 g/dL. Regarding the number of doses, 38.0% received 8 doses. In conclusion, iron treatment in children is effective because it improved their hemoglobin level to normal in children under 3 years of age.
