Abstract
Determinar los factores asociados a la decisión de toma de Papanicolaou en mujeres atendidas en el centro de salud Pedro Sánchez Meza, Chupaca 2020. Métodos: Descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Resultados: En lo demográfico la ocupación con P= 0,001 y la vida sexual activa con P =0,020 y la edad entre 25 a 49 años. En lo institucional el tiempo de espera con P=0,011 y que el profesional informa sobre la importancia del examen con P=0,001.no encontrando asociación con el ambiente y trato del personal de salud. En lo psicológico el temor a los resultados y olvido con P= 0,002 y P= 0,011 respectivamente. Conclusiones: Existen factores demográficos, Institucionales y psicológicos asociados

Results: In demographic terms, occupation with P = 0.001 and sexually active life with P = 0.020 and age between 25 and 49 years.
