Relación entre bruxismo y estrés en pacientes del servicio de odontología del establecimiento de Salud San Francisco Huancayo – 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar la relación entre la presencia de bruxismo y el estrés en pacientes del servicio de odontología del establecimiento de salud San Francisco Huancayo – 2022, El tipo de investigación es básica de enfoque cuantitativo de diseño metodológico no experimental prospectivo y correlacional, el diseño muestral que se aplicó fue no probabilística, censal por conveniencia, en el resultado se encontró que existe correlación positiva alta entre las variables en mención, (Rho = 0.779 y p-valor = 0,031). En conclusión, se determinó una correlación positiva alta entre la presencia de bruxismo y el estrés en pacientes del servicio de odontología del establecimiento de salud San Francisco Huancayo – 2022.

The objective is to determine the relationship between the presence of bruxism and stress in patients of the dental service of the San Francisco Huancayo - 2022 health establishment. The type of research is a basic quantitative approach with a non-experimental prospective and correlational methodological design, the sample design applied was non-probabilistic, census by convenience, and the results showed that there is a high positive correlation between the variables in question (Rho = 0.779 and p-value = 0.031). In conclusion, a high positive correlation was determined between the presence of bruxism and stress in patients of the dental service of the San Francisco Huancayo - 2022 health establishment.
