Abstract
Se tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el marketing relacional y la fidelización de los usuarios atendidos en la botica R&L Farma, CPM Tambillo Grande, Tingo María – Huánuco (Perú), 2026. El tipo de investigación fue descriptivo, básica, transversal, observacional y de diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo. La población del estudio estuvo conformada por los usuarios externos que acudieron a la Botica RDL Farma, ubicada en el CPM Tambillo Grande Tingo María, Huánuco, durante el mes de julio del año 2026; la muestra estuvo constituida por 100 usuarios, que acudieron y acataron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión; el tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia (intencional). La técnica utilizada para la realizar la recolección de datos fue la encuesta; el instrumento usado fueron dos cuestionarios relacionados con las variables del estudio, fueron validados por juicio de expertos y se realizó la prueba de confiabilidad, para determinar la consistencia interna. Resultados se observó al realizar el análisis correlacional entre las dos variables, la mayoría de los usuarios percibieron un marketing relacional deficiente y un nivel bajo en la fidelización del usuario, en un 21 %. Concluimos, la mayoría los usuarios percibieron un marketing relacional deficiente y un nivel de fidelización bajo en el 21 %; además, mediante el coeficiente Rho de Spearman existe una relación positiva moderada entre las variables, con un valor de 0.533 y un p-valor de 0.000 (p<0.05).
The objective was to determine the relationship between relationship marketing and customer loyalty at the R&L Farma pharmacy, located in CPM Tambillo Grande, Tingo María – Huánuco (Peru), in 2026. The research was descriptive, basic, cross-sectional, observational, and non-experimental in design. The study population consisted of external customers who visited the R&L Farma pharmacy, located in CPM Tambillo Grande, Tingo María, Huánuco, during July 2026. The sample comprised 100 customers who attended and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling method was non-probabilistic convenience sampling (purposive). Data was collected through a survey using two questionnaires related to the study variables. These questionnaires were validated by expert review, and their reliability was tested to determine internal consistency. The results of the correlational analysis between the two variables showed that the majority of users (21%) perceived poor relationship marketing and a low level of user loyalty. In conclusion, the majority of users (21%) perceived poor relationship marketing and a low level of user loyalty; furthermore, Spearman's Rho coefficient indicates a moderate positive correlation between the variables, with a value of 0.533 and a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05).
