Abstract
La siguiente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre satisfacción y calidad de atención en madres de niños menores de 3 años atendidas en el consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo - Carampa, 2023. Fue un estudio de tipo básico con diseño no experimental correlacional-transversal, la muestra estuvo conformada por 43 madres de niños menores de 3 años. Los resultados muestran que el nivel de satisfacción en madres de los niños menores de 3 años fue media en el 72,1%, con relación a la variable calidad se obtuvo el 60,5% percibió una calidad media. En conclusión, se determinó que no existe relación entre satisfacción y calidad de atención.
The following research aimed to determine the relationship between satisfaction and quality of care in mothers of children under 3 years of age attended at the growth and development clinic - Carampa, 2023. It was a basic study with a non-experimental correlational-cross-sectional design, the sample consisted of 43 mothers of children under 3 years of age. The results show that the level of satisfaction in mothers of children under 3 years of age was average in 72.1%, and in relation to the quality variable, 60.5% perceived average quality. In conclusion, it was determined that there is no relationship between satisfaction and quality of care.
