Seguimiento farmacoterapéutico y su efecto sobre la adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con Hipertensión Arterial del Centro de Atención Primaria II - Essalud - Chupaca - 2019

Abstract

El OBJETIVO de la investigación es determinar el efecto del seguimiento farmacoterapéutico (SFT) sobre la adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con hipertensión arterial del CAP II – Essalud – Chupaca. Se usó una METODOLOGÍA de tipo Aplicada, de nivel descriptivo y diseño pre experimental con pre y post test en un solo grupo, aplicados a una muestra total de 71 pacientes. Encontrando como RESULTADO que la adherencia total antes del SFT era de 4% y después de 30%, la adherencia parcial era de 92% y luego de 70% y por último la no adherencia era de 4% y luego de 0%.
