Abstract
El objetivo fue determinar la Relación del nivel de conocimiento en Asuntos Regulatorios y la Satisfacción Laboral de los Químicos Farmacéuticos en droguerías de Bellavista - Callao 2020. Empleándose el método descriptivo-correlacional, prospectivo y transversal; en la que se utilizó cuestionarios virtuales, realizado en 14 Químicos Farmacéuticos. Los resultados para el nivel de conocimiento fueron: un nivel EXELENTE con el 64,3%, sobre la Ley 29459; un nivel OPTIMO con el 64,3% para el D.S. 016-2011 y para la satisfacción laboral el 64.3% manifestó ALTA SATISFACCIÓN; pero en su dimensión, remuneraciones justas el 71,4% indico sentirse indiferente. evidenciándose que existe si existe una correlación moderada entre nivel de conocimiento en Asuntos Regulatorios y la Satisfacción Laboral
