Efectividad del Tratamiento con Prótesis Parcial Fija y/o Removible y la Satisfacción en pacientes de una Clínica, Lima 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es establecer la eficacia del tratamiento con prótesis parcial fija y/o removible y el grado de satisfacción de atención en pacientes de una clínica de Lima. El método es de tipo básico, de nivel descriptivo correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 78 pacientes adultos. Los resultados revelaron que el 61.5% considera que es eficaz el tratamiento mientras que el 38.5% opinan que es ineficaz el tratamiento con prótesis parcial fija y prótesis parcial removible. Del total de mujeres, el 28.6% consideran que es eficaz y tienen de 20 a 30 años; mientras que del total de varones n=43, un 25,6% consideran que es eficaz y tienen de 20 a 30 años. En conclusión, existe relación significativa entre la eficacia del tratamiento con prótesis parcial fija y removible.

The objective of this research is to establish the efficacy of treatment with fixed and/or removable partial dentures and the degree of satisfaction with care in patients of a clinic in Lima. The method is basic, descriptive and correlational. The sample consisted of 78 adult patients. The results revealed that 61.5% considered that the treatment was effective while 38.5% thought that the treatment with fixed partial prosthesis and removable partial prosthesis was ineffective. Of the total number of women, 28.6% considered it to be effective and were between 20 and 30 years of age; while of the total number of men n=43, 25.6% considered it to be effective and were between 20 and 30 years of age. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the efficacy of treatment with fixed and removable partial dentures.
