Prácticas óptimas de dispensación en la farmacia del centro de salud del distrito de Sapallanga

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar las prácticas óptimas de dispensación en la farmacia del Centro de Salud del Distrito Sapallanga. La metodología empleada para la ejecución de la investigación es del tipo descriptivo transversal. Los resultados respecto a la validación de la receta se obtuvieron que un 56% que el Químico Farmacéutico cumple con la recepción y validación, respecto al análisis e interpretación un 74 % afirmaron que cumple, respecto a la preparación y selección para entregar al paciente un 74% afirman que cumple y el 64 % de los pacientes afirmaron que cumple con la entrega e información. En conclusión, el Químico Farmacéutico cumplió con las Prácticas Óptimas de dispensación, cumplió con el registro, la entrega del medicamento e información.

The objective of the study was to determine the best dispensing practices in the pharmacy of the Sapallanga District Health Center. The methodology used for the execution of the research is of the cross-sectional descriptive type. The results regarding the validation of the prescription showed that 56% of the Pharmacist Chemist complies with the reception and validation, regarding the analysis and interpretation 74% stated that he complies, regarding the preparation and selection for delivery to the patient 74% stated that he complies and 64% of the patients stated that he complies with the delivery and information. In conclusion, the Pharmaceutical Chemist complied with the Best Dispensing Practices, complied with the registration, delivery of the medication and information.
