Abstract
La investigación es de tipo descriptivo correlacional de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Cuyo Objetivo fue: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de estrés y la satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en los servicios de emergencia, conformada por 17 profesionales de enfermería, donde se utilizó el inventario de estrés de Wolfgang y el cuestionario de satisfacción de Font Roja. Resultados: el 64,7% presenta estrés leve, el 35,3% insatisfacción y 29,4% satisfacción laboral. El 29.4% estrés moderado, 23,5% insatisfacción y 5,9% satisfacción laboral; así mismo registró un 5.9%, quien mostro insatisfacción. Conclusión: concluimos que no existe relación entre el estrés y satisfacción laboral en el personal de enfermería en los servicios de emergencia del Hospital de Apoyo Jesús Nazareno durante la Pandemia Ayacucho 2022
