Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el apoyo familiar y la calidad de vida del adulto mayor en el asilo Santa Teresa de Jornet, Huancavelica – 2025. La investigación fue de tipo básica, con un diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 40 adultos mayores seleccionados mediante muestreo no probabilístico censal. Los resultados mostraron que el 33% presentó un apoyo familiar regular y una calidad de vida media, mientras que el 28% tuvo un apoyo familiar malo y baja calidad de vida. Asimismo, el 45% evidenció apoyo familiar regular y el 53% calidad de vida media. Se concluye que existe una relación significativa, directa y moderada entre el apoyo familiar y la calidad de vida del adulto mayor (rho = 0,566; p = 0,000).
