Errores de prescripción en recetas atendidas en gestantes de la farmacia del Hospital de Supe Laura Esther Rodríguez Dulanto -2021

Abstract

Este estudio fue Evaluar los errores de prescripción en recetas atendidas en gestantes de la farmacia del Hospital de Supe Laura Esther Rodríguez Dulanto – 2021, siendo la metodología, descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo, en una muestra 262 recetas. Resultados, se revela un 100 % cumple en la receta médica con apellidos; en los datos del medicamento, 99.2 % cumple con la DCI, 5.3 % con nombre comercial, mientras un 95 % no cumple con las indicaciones; en cuanto a datos de la receta se cumple 99.6 % con la letra legible, mientras un 100 % no cumple con la fecha de expiración; Concluyéndose, que las recetas atendidas en gestantes de la farmacia del hospital de Supe, presentan algún tipo de error con un 20.3% de incumplimiento

The aim of this study was to evaluate prescription errors in prescriptions for pregnant women at the pharmacy of the Laura Esther Rodríguez Dulanto Hospital in Supe - 2021, using a descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective methodology, with a sample of 262 prescriptions. The results reveal that 100% of the prescriptions were filled with surnames; in the drug data, 99.2% complied with the INN, 5.3% with the trade name, while 95% did not comply with the indications; in terms of prescription data, 99.6% complied with the legible handwriting, while 100% did not comply with the expiration date; concluding that the prescriptions filled by pregnant women at the Supe hospital pharmacy showed some type of error with 20.3% of non-compliance
