Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la incidencia de reacciones adversas a fármacos antituberculosos en pacientes atendidos en el Centro de Salud Mi Perú - Mi Perú, enero a junio 2023. La metodología tiene un diseño no experimental, transversal y retrospectivo. Los resultados de la incidencia de las RAFAS fueron el género masculino con un 50.7%, el grupo etario comprendido de 30 a 59 años con un 35.8%, el tipo de reacción del tipo A con un 53.7%, según la severidad las reaccione leves tuvo un 58.2% de incidencia, las alteraciones gastrointestinales fueron las más frecuentes con un 40.2% y el medicamento con mayor incidencia de reacciones adversas fue la isoniacida con 35.8%. Se concluye que el 71.6% de los pacientes atendidos en el Centro de Salud Mi Perú presentan reacciones a los fármacos antituberculosos
