Abstract
El objetivo es determinar la adherencia y uso del programa de optimización de antimicrobiano en un establecimiento de salud hospitalario de Tarma - 2022. Como metodología, se utilizó un diseño de estudio de tipo de investigación descriptiva no experimental y transversal, la población fue de 500 recetas y la muestra fue de 217 recetas atendidas. Los resultados de la evaluación sociodemográfica se encontró la edad que prevalece en de 19-38 años con un 31.8 %. El sexo femenino predomina en un 58.5 %. En conclusión, el PROA en el Hospital no se está cumpliendo eficientemente y se ha encontrado combinaciones que son observadas y que no justifican la asociación de estos antimicrobianos en el tratamiento de acuerdo al PROA a nivel Hospitalario.

As methodology, a descriptive non-experimental and cross-sectional research study design was used, the population was 500 prescriptions and the sample was 217 prescriptions attended. The results of the sociodemographic evaluation showed that the prevalent age was 19-38 years with 31.8%. The female sex predominates in 58.5 %. In conclusion, the PROA in the Hospital is not being complied with efficiently and combinations have been found which are observed and which do not justify the association of these antimicrobials in the treatment according to the PROA at Hospital level.
