Abstract
El objetivo es determinar la incidencia del uso de benzodiacepinas en presuntos delitos contra la libertad sexual denunciados en Huancayo 2022. El método de estudio es de enfoque básico, descriptivo, cuantitativo, y transversal, no experimental, desarrollado en la ciudad de Huancayo. La población estuvo conformada por 200 informes de registros de exámenes toxicológicos; la muestra lo constituyeron 132. Teniendo como resultados. El 33.3% de las víctimas que han sufrido un delito por uso de benzodiacepinas son mayores de 26 años. El 70.5% de las muestras solo se encontró Benzodiacepina en las pericias toxicológicas y el 29.5% de los resultados de las pericias toxicológicas está asociada la Benzodiacepina + Alcohol etílico. En conclusión las pericias toxicológicas están asociadas a Benzodiacepina + Alcohol etílico.

The study method is basic, descriptive, quantitative, quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental, developed in the city of Huancayo. The population consisted of 200 reports of toxicological examination records; the sample consisted of 132. 33.3% of the victims who have suffered a crime due to the use of benzodiazepines are older than 26 years old.
