Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación es determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de las normas de prescripción de recetas médicas en el Centro de Salud La Revolución, Juliaca, durante el año 2023. La investigación utiliza un enfoque observacional, descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo, además emplea un método cuantitativo, recopilando datos sin intervenciones experimentales. Los resultados muestran que la mayoría de las recetas médicas se clasifican como "Prescripción deficiente" (53.3%). Aunque algunos aspectos cumplen con criterios básicos, como la redacción legible (69.3%) y otros elementos específicos (100%). En conclusión, los errores más comunes incluyen la omisión de información, especialmente en la duración del tratamiento (26.5%) y la inclusión del diagnóstico (7.8%).
The objective of the research is to determine the level of compliance with prescription prescription standards at the La Revolución Health Center, Juliaca, during the year 2023. The research uses an observational, descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective approach, and employs a quantitative method, collecting data without experimental interventions. The results show that the majority of prescriptions are classified as "Poor Prescription" (53.3%). Although some aspects meet basic criteria, such as legible wording (69.3%) and other specific elements (100%). In conclusion, the most common errors include omission of information, especially in the duration of treatment (26.5%) and inclusion of diagnosis (7.8%).
