Síndrome de Burnout y productividad laboral en los docentes de la Institución Educativa Emblemática José Carlos Mariátegui, La Oroya-2025

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el síndrome de Burnout y la productividad laboral en docentes de la I.E.E. José Carlos Mariátegui, La Oroya – 2025. El estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental transversal. La población y muestra estuvieron conformadas por 42 docentes, mediante muestreo censal. Se empleó la encuesta y dos cuestionarios validados mediante juicio de expertos. El 40,5 % de los docentes presentó un nivel bajo de síndrome de Burnout. El 42,9 % presentó un nivel alto de productividad laboral. El análisis obtuvo rs = –0,232 y p = 0,140 (>0,05), evidenciando una relación inversa débil, pero no significativa. Se concluye que no existe evidencia estadística suficiente para afirmar una relación significativa entre Burnout y productividad laboral.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Burnout syndrome and work productivity among teachers at the José Carlos Mariátegui Educational Institution (I.E.E.) in La Oroya (2025). The study employed a quantitative approach, was basic in nature, correlational in level, and utilized a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population and sample consisted of 42 teachers, selected via a census sampling method. Data collection involved a survey and two questionnaires validated by expert judgment. Results showed that 40.5% of the teachers exhibited a low level of Burnout syndrome, while 42.9% demonstrated a high level of work productivity. The analysis yielded rs = –0.232 and p = 0.140 (>0.05), indicating a weak, non-significant inverse relationship. It is concluded that there is insufficient statistical evidence to establish a significant relationship between Burnout and work productivity.
