Recesión Gingival e Hipersensibilidad Dentaria en los pacientes del Centro de Salud Max Arias Schreiber 2021

Abstract

El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la Recesión Gingival e Hipersensibilidad Dentaria en los pacientes del Centro de Salud Max Arias Schreiber 2021, el tipo de estudio fue correlacional, descriptivo, la muestra está constituida por 139 pacientes. Los resultados evidencia total de piezas afectadas 139(100%) con recesión gingival tipo I de Miller, el 66% causada por cepillado incorrecto, del total de piezas afectadas 214(100%) con recesión gingival tipo II de Miller, el 45.3% causada por cepillado incorrecto, del total de piezas afectadas 123(100%) con recesión gingival tipo III de Miller, el 13.8% causada por cepillado incorrecto; del total casos recesión gingival, el 50.8% presentan de recesión gingival clase I; el 69.2% presentan de recesión gingival clase II; el 30.0% presentan de recesión gingival clase III; el 12.3% presentan de recesión gingival clase IV, tienen edad de 29 a 39.En conclusión existe relación entre Recesión Gingival e Hipersensibilidad Dentaria en los pacientes del centro de salud Max Arias Schreiber 2021.

The objective was to determine the relationship between gingival recession and dental hypersensitivity in patients of the Max Arias Schreiber 2021 Health Center, the type of study was correlational, descriptive, the sample consisted of 139 patients. The results show a total of 139(100%) affected teeth with Miller type I gingival recession, 66% caused by incorrect brushing; of the total number of affected teeth, 214(100%) with Miller type II gingival recession, 45.3% caused by incorrect brushing; of the total number of affected teeth, 123(100%) with Miller type III gingival recession, 13.8% caused by incorrect brushing; of the total number of gingival recession cases, 50.8% present gingival recession caused by incorrect brushing. In conclusion, there is a relationship between gingival recession and dental hypersensitivity in the patients of the Max Arias Schreiber 2021 health center.
