Efectividad de la intervención educativa en las actitudes sobre alimentación saludable en pacientes diabéticos del Hospital III Angamos Lima – 2023

Abstract

El objetivo fue determinar la efectividad de la intervención educativa en las actitudes sobre alimentación saludable en pacientes diabéticos del Hospital III Angamos Lima – 2023. La metodología fue de tipo básica, con diseño pre experimental, la muestra fue 45 pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus tipo II, el instrumento usado fue el cuestionario. Los resultados; antes de la intervención educativa, actitud desfavorable sobre la alimentación saludable con un 78% y actitud indiferente con 11% respectivamente, en pacientes diabéticos tipo II; luego de la intervención educativa se observó una actitud favorable sobre la alimentación saludable con un 71% y muy favorable con un 29% respectivamente. Se concluye que la intervención educativa fue efectiva.

The objective was to determine the effectiveness of the educational intervention on healthy eating attitudes in diabetic patients at Hospital III Angamos Lima - 2023. The methodology was basic, with a pre-experimental design, the sample was 45 patients with Diabetes Mellitus type II, the instrument used was the questionnaire. The results; before the educational intervention, unfavorable attitude about healthy eating with 78% and indifferent attitude with 11% respectively, in type II diabetic patients; after the educational intervention a favorable attitude about healthy eating was observed with 71% and very favorable with 29% respectively. It is concluded that the educational intervention was effective.
