Errores de prescripción en recetas atendidas en la farmacia del Centro Materno Infantil “Santa Luzmila II”, Comas 2023.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la frecuencia de errores de prescripción en recetas que se atendieron en la farmacia del Centro Materno Infantil Santa Luzmila II ubicado en Comas de agosto a octubre del 2023. La investigación fue de diseño no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal, la muestra consistió en 369 recetas atendidas. Entre los resultados los errores de datos del paciente, datos del prescriptor, datos del medicamento y legibilidad de recetas que equivalen al 13.8%, 0.8%, 7.9% y 27.4% respectivamente. Se concluye que el 12.4% de la totalidad de las recetas médicas atendidas entre los meses de agosto a octubre del 2023 en la farmacia del Centro Materno Infantil Santa Luzmila II ubicado en Comas contenían al menos un error de prescripción.The objective of the research was to determine the frequency of prescription errors in prescriptions filled at the pharmacy of the Centro Materno Infantil Santa Luzmila II located in Comas from August to October 2023. The research was of non-experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional design, the sample consisted of 369 prescriptions filled. Among the results, errors in patient data, prescriber data, drug data and readability of prescriptions amounted to 13.8%, 0.8%, 7.9% and 27.4%, respectively. It was concluded that 12.4% of all prescriptions filled between August and October 2023 at the pharmacy of the Santa Luzmila II Maternity and Child Care Center located in Comas contained at least one prescription error.
