Nivel de conocimiento sobre métodos anticonceptivos en estudiantes del II ciclo de Obstetricia de la Universidad Franklin Roosevelt, Huancayo-2022

Abstract

La población estuvo conformada por 97 estudiantes del II ciclo de la escuela profesional de Obstetricia de la Universidad “Franklin Roosevelt” – Huancayo. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: la edad de las encuestadas con mayor frecuencia fueron entre 15 – 19 años con 76.3%; con respecto al conocimiento sobre los métodos anticonceptivos obtuvieron un nivel alto con 88.7%; acerca del conocimiento sobre métodos naturales obtuvieron un nivel medio con 58.6%; del mismo modo el conocimiento sobre métodos de barrera obtuvieron un nivel alto con 86.1%; así mismo el conocimiento sobre métodos hormonales obtuvieron un nivel alto con 63.9%; por otro lado el conocimiento sobre métodos de emergencia obtuvieron un nivel alto con 70.1%; llegando a concluir que el nivel de conocimiento acerca de métodos anticonceptivos fue alto.

The population consisted of 97 students of the second cycle of the professional school of Obstetrics of the University "Franklin Roosevelt" - Huancayo. The results obtained were: the age of the respondents was between 15 - 19 years old with 76.3%; with respect to knowledge about contraceptive methods, they obtained a high level with 88.7%; about knowledge about natural methods, they obtained a medium level with 58.6%; in the same way, knowledge about barrier methods obtained a high level with 58.6%; in the same way, knowledge about barrier methods obtained a medium level with 58.6%. Knowledge of barrier methods was high with 86.1%; knowledge of hormonal methods was high with 63.9%; knowledge of emergency contraceptive methods was high with 70.1%, concluding that the level of knowledge about contraceptive methods was high.
