Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar la relación del cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación con la satisfacción del paciente en el Servicio de Farmacia del Centro de Salud “La Revolución” Juliaca, mayo - junio 2024. Como método, se utilizó el diseño descriptivo, correlacional, no experimental, y de corte transversal; la muestra fue realizada a 196 pacientes. Los resultados según el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de dispensación fue el 98.5%, respecto a la satisfacción del paciente, el 27.6% satisfechos, mientras el 70.4% poco satisfechos y el 1.5 % insatisfechos. En conclusión, el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación fue del 98.5 % y se asoció débilmente con la satisfacción del paciente.
The objective of the following research is to determine the relationship between compliance with Good Dispensing Practices and patient satisfaction in the Pharmacy Service of the “La Revolución” Health Center in Juliaca, May - June 2024. The method used was descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional design; the sample consisted of 196 patients. The results according to compliance with good dispensing practices were 98.5%, with respect to patient satisfaction, 27.6% were satisfied, while 70.4% were not very satisfied and 1.5% were dissatisfied. In conclusion, compliance with Good Dispensing Practices was 98.5% and was weakly associated with patient satisfaction.
