Relación entre buenas prácticas de farmacovigilancia y el reporte de reacciones adversas en una cadena de boticas, Lima 2025.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las buenas prácticas de farmacovigilancia y el reporte de reacciones adversas en una cadena de boticas de Lima, 2025. El estudio fue de enfoque inductivo, prospectivo, no experimental, transversal y de nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por directores técnicos de 30 oficinas farmacéuticas. Los resultados muestran alto cumplimiento en Sistemas de Calidad (83,3%), Infraestructura (80,0%), Personal (83,3%), POES (76,7%) y Gestión de Sospechas (73,3%). Además, el 86,7% reporta adecuadamente las reacciones adversas. Se encontró relación significativa entre las buenas prácticas y el reporte (p < 0.05). Se concluye que existe relación entre la aplicación de buenas prácticas de farmacovigilancia y el adecuado reporte de reacciones adversas.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between good pharmacovigilance practices and the reporting of adverse reactions in a chain of pharmacies in Lima, 2025. The study was inductive, prospective, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational in nature. The sample consisted of technical directors from 30 pharmaceutical offices. The results show high compliance in Quality Systems (83.3%), Infrastructure (80.0%), Personnel (83.3%), POES (76.7%), and Suspicion Management (73.3%). In addition, 86.7% adequately report adverse reactions. A significant relationship was found between good practices and reporting (p < 0.05). It is concluded that there is a relationship between the application of good pharmacovigilance practices and the adequate reporting of adverse reactions.
