Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar las estrategias de marketing farmacéutico para la fidelización de clientes de una cadena de boticas del distrito de Chilca. Como método, se utilizó el diseño descriptivo, no experimental, prospectivo, de corte transversal; la muestra fue conformada por 2 Químicos farmacéuticos y 250 clientes. Los resultados muestran una fidelización del cliente favorable en 42 % como “Bien satisfecho”, así como en 42 % “Bien probable”, que recomendarían el servicio a familiares o amigos y un nivel alto del 80 %. En conclusión, brindar un buen servicio, así como verificar los vencimientos de los medicamentos son las estrategias de marketing que utilizan para alcanzar una fidelización de clientes.
The objective of the following research is to determine the pharmaceutical marketing strategies for customer loyalty of a chain of drugstores in the district of Chilca. The method used was a descriptive, non-experimental, prospective, cross-sectional design; the sample consisted of 2 pharmaceutical chemists and 250 customers. The results show a favorable customer loyalty of 42% as “Well satisfied”, as well as 42% “Well likely”, who would recommend the service to family or friends and a high level of 80%. In conclusion, providing good service, as well as checking drug expirations are the marketing strategies used to achieve customer loyalty.
