Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento y su relación con el nivel de adherencia en pacientes con tuberculosis del Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión, Huancayo 2022. Estudio de tipo descriptivo, observacional, cuantitativo, fue no experimental transversal y correlacional. La muestra la constituyeron 132 pacientes. Los resultados respecto al nivel de conocimiento sobre la tuberculosis el 51,5% de los pacientes tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio. Respecto al nivel adherencia al tratamiento en los pacientes el 59,1% de los pacientes presentan un nivel de adherencia medio. Se concluye que existe relación estadística entre el nivel de conocimiento y el nivel de adherencia en los pacientes con tuberculosis.
The objective of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and its relationship with the level of adherence in patients with tuberculosis at the Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión, Huancayo 2022.
