Prevalencia de Reacciones Adversas a Fármacos Antituberculosos en Pacientes Tratados en el Centro de Salud Catalina Huanca-El Agustino, 2023.

Abstract

La finalidad del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar la prevalencia de reacciones adversas a los fármacos antituberculosos en pacientes tratados en el Centro de Salud Catalina Huanca en el distrito El Agustino, marzo a julio del 2023. El tipo de investigación básica y nivel descriptivo. Además, se utilizó un diseño no experimental, prospectivo y transversal. La muestra estuvo representada por 38 historias. Los resultados muestran que la prevalencia de reacciones adversas fue mayor en pacientes del grupo de edad de 30 a 59 años con un 63.2%; la prevalencia de reacciones adversas fue mayor el sexo masculino con 63.2%, las reacciones leves fueron las más reportadas con 65.8%; Se concluye que todas las historias clínicas evaluadas mostraron una reacción adversa al menos.

The purpose of this research was to determine the prevalence of adverse reactions to antituberculosis drugs in patients treated at the Catalina Huanca Health Center in the district of El Agustino, March to July 2023. The type of research was basic and descriptive. In addition, a non-experimental, prospective and cross-sectional design was used. The sample was represented by 38 stories. The results show that the prevalence of adverse reactions was higher in patients in the age group 30 to 59 years with 63.2%; the prevalence of adverse reactions was higher in the male sex with 63.2%, mild reactions were the most reported with 65.8%; It is concluded that all the clinical histories evaluated showed at least one adverse reaction.
