Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar los factores que influyen en la elección de productos naturales para la ansiedad en clientes de la farmacia Yosyfarma, El Tambo, durante 2024. Se empleó un diseño descriptivo y cualitativo, su instrumento fue el cuestionario, con muestra de 200 clientes. Los resultados indican un mayor consumo en mujeres (64.2%), con edades de 26 a 33 años (30.3%). Un 78% los considera seguros, aunque un 54.1% duda de su eficacia frente a medicamentos. La percepción es positiva (55%). Los principales factores de preferencia fueron la facilidad de acceso (82.6%), el precio (73.4%) y la influencia social (64.2%). En conclusión, la elección de productos naturales está influenciada por la seguridad percibida, accesibilidad y factores sociales.
The objective of this research was to determine the factors influencing the choice of natural products for anxiety among customers of the Yosyfarma pharmacy in El Tambo during 2024. A descriptive and qualitative design was used, with a questionnaire administered to a sample of 200 customers. The results indicate higher consumption among women (64.2%), particularly those aged 26 to 33 (30.3%). 78% of customers consider these products safe, although 54.1% doubt their effectiveness compared to medications. The overall perception is positive (55%). The main preference factors were ease of access (82.6%), price (73.4%), and social influence (64.2%). In conclusion, the choice of natural products is influenced by perceived safety, accessibility, and social factors.
