Nivel de conocimiento sobre hipertensión y adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en usuarios de la Botica Salud Divina, Ferreñafe, Lambayeque, 2023.

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre hipertensión y la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en usuarios de la Botica Salud Divina, del distrito de Ferreñafe, Lambayeque. el método de estudio es tipo cuantitativo, de diseño descriptivo-correlacional, la muestra estuvo conformada por de 227 usuarios, la técnica de estudio fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario como resultado se obtuvo que 45,8% presentaron hipertensión diagnostica, el 79,3% presentaron un nivel de conocimiento Alto, el 20,7% un nivel de conocimiento Medio; solo el 7,9% presentó adherencia al tratamiento. En conclusión: Se demostró la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre hipertensión y la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico con un nivel de significancia del 0,05.

The following research work aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about hypertension and adherence to drug treatment in users of the Botica Salud Divina, in the district of Ferreñafe, Lambayeque. The study method is quantitative, descriptive-correlational design, the sample consisted of 227 users, the study technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire as a result it was obtained that 45.8% presented diagnostic hypertension, 79.3% presented a high level of knowledge, 20.7% a medium level of knowledge, only 7.9% presented adherence to treatment. In conclusion: The relationship between the level of knowledge about hypertension and adherence to pharmacological treatment was demonstrated with a level of significance of 0.05.
