Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar la adherencia al tratamiento de anemia y los efectos secundarios en niños de 6 a 36 meses en el Centro de Salud de Chilca, 2022. Como método, se utilizó el diseño descriptivo simple, no experimental y de corte transversal; la encuesta y el cuestionario, la muestra fue de 183 niños, Los resultados fueron una 71.1% de adherencia para el polimaltosado y un 70.8% para el sulfato ferroso, respecto a los efectos adversos fue de un 45.8 % para el sulfato ferroso y un 11.1 % para el polimaltosado. Se concluye que la adherencia al tratamiento de la anemia fue mayor con el polimaltosado a comparación del sulfato ferroso. además, que los efectos adversos fueron mayores con el sulfato ferroso a comparación del polimaltosado.
