Abstract
Determinar cuál es la influencia del tiempo de fotopolimerización de un adhesivo universal en el grado de microfiltración en restauraciones con resina compuesta. El estudio es de tipo experimental aplicada, transversal, prospectiva y según el nivel explicativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 40 incisivos de bovino, divididos al azar en cuatro grupos según el tiempo de fotopolimerización del adhesivo: Grupo A (10 s), Grupo B (20 s), Grupo C (30 s) y Grupo D (grupo control). En ellos se realizaron preparaciones cavitarias de clase V de Black de 2.0 mm de profundidad, 2.0 mm de dimensión cérvico-incisal, 4.0 mm de dimensión mesio-distal. Luego, fueron restaurados con la resina Filtek Z350 XT (3M) de forma incremental oblicua en tres capas, previo uso del adhesivo Single Bond Universal (3M)

The study is an applied experimental, cross-sectional, prospective and explanatory level study. The sample consisted of 40 bovine incisors, randomly divided into four groups according to the light-curing time of the adhesive: Group A (10 s), Group B (20 s), Group C (30 s) and Group D (control group). In them, Black's class V cavity preparations of 2.0 mm depth, 2.0 mm cervico-incisal dimension, 4.0 mm mesio-distal dimension were made. Then, they were restored with Filtek Z350 XT resin (3M) in an oblique incremental way in three layers, prior use of Single Bond Universal adhesive (3M)
