Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación es, determinar los factores asociados a macrosomía fetal en pacientes atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil el Carmen de Huancayo, Junín 2022, el método utilizado fue analítico, retrospectivo, correlacional, los resultados muestran que los factores maternos, solo la obesidad estuvo asociado a macrosomía con un (P=0.007), el antecedente de neonato macrosómico con (P=0.000) y tener menos de seis atenciones prenatales con (P=0.001); también, se halló que, ninguno de los factores fetales estuvo asociado a la macrosomía fetal, en conclusión los factores asociados a la macrosomía fetal fueron; la obesidad materna, el antecedente de neonato macrosómico y tener menos de seis atenciones prenatales.
The objective of this research is to determine the factors associated with fetal macrosomia in patients attended at the Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil el Carmen de Huancayo, Junín 2022, the method used was analytical, retrospective, correlational, the results show that maternal factors, only obesity was associated with macrosomia with a (P=0. 007), the history of macrosomic neonate with (P=0.000) and having less than six prenatal care with (P=0.001); also, it was found that none of the fetal factors were associated with fetal macrosomia, in conclusion the factors associated with fetal macrosomia were: maternal obesity, history of macrosomic neonate and having less than six prenatal care.
