Validación de un método Turbidimétrico modificado frente al método normalizado en muestras de agua a diferentes concentraciones de Sulfato

Abstract

Este estudio fue demostrar que el método Turbidimetrico modificado no presenta ninguna diferencia significativa frente al método Turbidimetrico normalizado siendo la metodología, Investigación de tipo analítico y longitudinal, teniendo como Población todos los métodos para determinar sulfatos y de Muestra método turbidimétrico modificado Resultados, Los resultados demostraron la eficacia del método turbidimétrico modificado y económica porque los materiales y reactivos son de bajo y fácil acceso concluyéndose, que el método Turbidimétrico modificado si cumplió con el objetivo general demostrándose que si hay validez frente al método Normalizado con una eficacia de 95 % y CV <10 %This study was to demonstrate that the modified turbidimetric method does not present any significant difference compared to the standardized turbidimetric method, being the methodology, analytical and longitudinal research, having as population all the methods to determine sulfates and the modified turbidimetric method as a sample, The results demonstrated the efficacy of the modified turbidimetric method and economic because the materials and reagents are of low and easy access, concluding that the modified turbidimetric method fulfilled the general objective demonstrating that there is validity against the standard method with an efficacy of 95% and CV <10%
