Abstract
El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo: determinar los factores asociados con la adherencia al tratamiento de anemia ferropénica con hierro Polimaltosado en niños menores de 2 años en el centro de salud de Sapallanga. Método: el tipo de investigación fue básica, con diseño no experimental correlacional de corte transversal, la población estuvo conformado por 30 niños menores de 2 años con anemia, la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Resultados: se identificó que la asociación del factor usuario con la adherencia al tratamiento de anemia ferropénica con hierro Polimaltosado fue alta con el 73,33%, el factor suplemento registro una adherencia del 50% y el factor institucional con una adherencia al tratamiento de 56,67% Conclusión: Al nivel del 5 % de significancia se concluye que los factores: usuario, suplemento e institucional, se asocian la adherencia
