Abstract
El objetivo es determinar la prevalencia de riesgo materno asociados a infecciones de tracto urinario en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Carlos Monge Medrano de Juliaca enero-agosto 2022. Como método, se utilizó un diseño de estudio de tipo observacional, correlacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo de corte no experimental transversal. Se aplicó encuesta y cuestionario, y la población fue de 345 gestantes con ITU y la muestra fue de 105 gestantes con ITU. En conclusión, se encontró una alta prevalencia de ITU por falta de ingesta e higiene sobre todo en gestantes de 15 a 35 años que se dedican en su mayoría al comercio, también se llegó a la conclusión de la ITU están relacionadas directamente con las enfermedades como la bacteriuria asintomática.
The objective was to determine the prevalence of maternal risk associated with urinary tract infections in pregnant women attended at the Carlos Monge Medrano Hospital in Juliaca, January-August 2022. The method used was an observational, correlational, descriptive, descriptive, retrospective, non-experimental, cross-sectional, non-experimental study design. A survey and questionnaire were applied, and the population was 345 pregnant women with UTI and the sample was 105 pregnant women with UTI. In conclusion, a high prevalence of UTI due to lack of intake and hygiene was found, especially in pregnant women between 15 and 35 years of age, most of whom are engaged in commerce; it was also concluded that UTI is directly related to diseases such as asymptomatic bacteriuria.
