Efecto antibacteriano in-vitro del extracto de Sonchus oleraceus (cerraja) contra staphylococcus aureus

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación, tuvo como objetivo demostrar el efecto antibacteriano in vitro del extracto de Sonchus oleraceus (cerraja) contra Staphylococcus aureus, en cuanto a la metodología, fue de tipo inductivo, experimental, transversal y prospectivo; se obtuvo extracto etanolico a las concentraciones 100%, 75% y 50%. Los resultados obtenidos son el extracto etanólico de cerraja al 100% muestra un halo de inhibición sobre Staphylococcus aureus de 19,03 + 0,32mm, al 75% fue de 16,07 + 0,28mm y al 50% de 13,05 + 0,44mm; concluyéndose, efecto antibacteriano contra Staphylococcus aureus por parte del extracto etanólico de Sonchus oleraceus (cerraja)The objective of this research work was to demonstrate the in vitro antibacterial effect of the extract of Sonchus oleraceus (cerraja) against Staphylococcus aureus.
