Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el riesgo laboral y cumplimiento de las medidas de bioseguridad del profesional de enfermería del Hospital San Martín de Pangoa – 2025. El método fue un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y de diseño correlacional y transversal, la técnica fue la encuesta con su cuestionario, la muestra 97 personales de enfermería de una población de 129. Los resultados mostraron que el 76,3% percibieron que el nivel de riesgo laboral fue medio, el 12,4% (12) tuvo un nivel bajo y el 11,3% (11) consideró un nivel alto, en el cumplimiento de las medidas de bioseguridad, el 70,1% cumplió de manera óptima las medidas de bioseguridad, el 18,6% (18) tuvo un regular cumplimiento y el 11,3% (11) no cumplió. En conclusión, existe una relación significativa directa y baja entre el riesgo laboral y cumplimiento de las medidas de bioseguridad (Tau-b de Kendall=0,190; p-valor=0,048).
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between occupational risk and compliance with biosafety measures among nursing professionals at the San Martín de Pangoa Hospital – 2025. The method used was a quantitative study, basic in nature and with a correlational and cross-sectional design. The technique used was a survey with a questionnaire, and the sample consisted of 97 nursing staff from a population of 129. The results showed that 76.3% perceived the level of occupational risk to be medium, 12.4% (12) had a low level, and 11.3% (11) considered it to be high. In terms of compliance with biosafety measures, 70.1% complied optimally with biosafety measures, 18.6% (18) had moderate compliance, and 11.3% (11) did not comply. In conclusion, there is a significant direct and low relationship between occupational risk and compliance with biosafety measures (Kendall's Tau-b = 0.190; p-value = 0.048).
