Errores de prescripción en la farmacia del Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD-PUNO, abril a junio del 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es identificar los errores de prescripción en recetas atendidas en el servicio de farmacia del Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD – Puno. Como método, se utilizó el tipo de investigación será aplicada y de nivel descriptivo, es un estudio de diseño no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal. La población estuvo formada por 1768 recetas atendidas en el servicio de farmacia del Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD. La muestra de estudio se calculó en función a la fórmula para población finita, el muestreo empleado para seleccionar las recetas que formaron parte de la muestra de estudio fue de tipo aleatorio simple y el instrumento que se utilizó fue la ficha de recolección de datos. En conclusión, solo se observó un 1.36% de error de prescripción respecto a los datos del medicamento en el servicio de farmacia del Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD en el periodo abril a junio del 2022.

The objective is to identify prescription errors in prescriptions filled in the pharmacy service of the Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD - Puno. As a method, the type of research used was applied and descriptive, it is a non-experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional design study. The population consisted of 1768 prescriptions filled at the pharmacy service of the Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD. The study sample was calculated according to the formula for finite population, the sampling used to select the prescriptions that were part of the study sample was simple random and the instrument used was the data collection form. In conclusion, only 1.36% prescription error was observed with respect to the drug data in the pharmacy service of the Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD in the period April to June 2022.
